Consultation and Engagement: The Peer Challenge process involved meetings with the Leader, Group Leaders, Committee Chairs, other Members, the CE, senior management and a cross-section of staff as well as external partners and agencies. The Action Plan has been developed in consultation with senior management and members of this Committee.
Decision: The Committee RESOLVES to: (1) Agree the Action Plan; and (2) Note that progress will be reported to future Strategy & Resources Committee meetings.
